What is health?
Health is a state of optimum physical, mental and social well-being. It
is not only the absence of disease or infirmity.
Being healthy allows your body to embrace its genetic potential and
improve your state of physiological well-being. It reduces the
incidence of disease, increases longevity, and improves how you feel
and look.
Health is more than feeling "ok" and passing a blood test.
Measuring health by this method does not prevent fatigue, illness,
medication, disability, and surgery.
To truly achieve health, every cell, organ, tissue, and system should
function at 100%. 100% function depends on providing your body with
the proper and sufficient nutrients of life.
Health and our Genetic Code
Evolution moves slowly. We possess the same genetic code as our ancestors who lived 50,000 years ago.
How does this fact influence our health? A great deal. Mankind has survived tens of thousands of years because
our genes matched our pre-historic environment and behavior. Our lifestyle choices determine if we are healthy
based on how well our life-style conforms to our genetic pre-historic requirements. Our genes REQUIRE a certain
life-style to maintain good health. If this life-style does not occur our health declines. It is that simple.
As our health declines we suffer pain, fatigue, and body dysfunction, which can result in heart disease, cancer,
diabetes, pneumonia, stroke, obesity, and depression.
What nutrients and behavior do our genes expect in order to be healthy?
- Wholesome, fresh foods
- Proper, plentiful movement
- Challenging, relaxing thoughts
- Hygienic living habits
THESE ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR ANCESTORS' GENETIC REQUIREMENTS
THIS BEHAVIOR IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITY CONSTITUTES THE
GOLD STANDARD REQUIREMENT FOR HEALTH
What happens if we do to not live according to our genetic needs and adopt a stressful New York City lifestyle?
We may live the average of 78 years, but it will be a life that will include years of medication use, discomfort or pain,
fatigue, surgery, partial rehabilitation, and probably serious illness.
What if I decide to take prescription drugs and continue my visits to a medical doctor and to continue living a New
York City lifestyle?
Limited benefit, because the use of drugs will not address the reason for your decreased vitality and symptoms.
Health is the natural outcome of providing your genes with the proper nutrients and behavior and avoiding toxins.
What happens if instead we live according to our genetic requirements?
We will live longer, feel more alive, experience less pain, look better, think better, move better, and feel better.
Your body will respond positively if you provide it with what your genes require:
Eat Well
- Sufficient calories and nutrients.
- Limited junk food and other toxins.
Move Well
- Sufficient alignment and flexibility, strength and endurance exercise.
- Limited toxic movement.
Think Well
- Sufficient positive thoughts, affirmations and “living in the now.”
- Limited toxic thoughts and repetitive, useless thinking.
Plan Well
- Realistically plan all facets of life to decrease stress.
Scientists claim that we can live in excess of 100 years. Medical doctors say that over 90% of our most common life-
threatening diseases are based on poor lifestyle decisions.
It is time to feel better, look better, and experience more vitality. Live according to your genetic heritage.
