Think Well

Sufficient and pure(non-toxic) thought is one of the
important four components of wellness.

Our Think Well program is a part of a larger wellness
program which includes the other three components of
wellness,  
Eat Well, Move Well and Plan Well.  

The Think Well program uses self administered tools
as a guide to foster and maintain intellectual,
emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Our genes, which have not changed in the last 50,000
years, evolved to require sufficient life-sustaining
thought.  If we do not avoid toxic thoughts and
provide ourselves with positive thoughts then our
physical, mental, spiritual health will suffer.

Obsessive, negative thoughts cause illness and ruin
lives and must be kept to a minimum.  Positive
thoughts and relationships and an emphasis on the
spiritual leads to good mental and good physical
health.

The
Think Well program examines your values,
beliefs, actions, thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
 Through this you can identify whether any
incongruence's exist and take steps to resolve them.

The
Think Well program is a unique program that
teaches us to live a more relaxed life according to our
value system.  This leads to better thought, happier
emotions, richer spiritual life, and increased health and
wellness.
