Posture
Normal posture is a prerequisite for normal movement. Misaligned spinal joints can not
support normal motion and are toxic to our genes. This contributes to osteoarthritis, early
mortality, pulmonary disease, vertebral fractures, headaches, TMJ syndrome, cervical and
shoulder pain, increased sensitivity to pain, increased stress, and earlier death.
Normal posture plays an important role in overall health. We use the Advanced Biostructural
Correction technique to normalize our patients' posture. You will immediately notice a more
upward stance, smoother motion, less muscle rigidity, improved breathing, and greater
comfort.
Regular chiropractic care begins the process of correcting your body's faulty posture by
correcting the position of spinal bones that are out of place so that your body can move
optimally.
Your body
must now
compensate
it's posture
and your
muscles must
now work
harder to
maintain
balance.
The initial trauma causing the
misalignments and subsequent
compensations creates increased
inflammation, decreased balance,
uneven joint wear, altered
posture, increased stress
response, and greater sensitivity
to pain.
This is the main cause of your
pain and discomfort.
It is the chiropractor's job to
reduce/correct your postural
misalignments and allow your
body to fully heal.
There is no
way for our
body to
return the out
of place
bones back to
correct
position.
