Plan Well
Allowing our health to take the back seat is a recipe
for disaster leading to heart disease, stroke, cancer,
diabetes, obesity, depression, and costly disability.
Our Plan Well program is a part of a larger wellness
program which includes the other three components of
wellness: Eat Well, Move Well and Think Well.
The Plan Well program is a time management
program in which you prioritize and schedule the
tasks which contribute to your success in each of your
various roles. (parent, spouse, bread-winner,
house-cleaner, yourself)
Without adequate planning in our New York stressful
environment, it is not possible to achieve even the
simplest goals.
The Plan Well program also schedules speakers who
specialize in financial planning, career counseling, and
insurance.
The Plan Well program is an important tool which
greatly contributes to successfully implementing the
Proactive Wellness program.
