Our patients often come to us mainly to reduce their pain.
However, when they realize that their pain is not only due to a
localized injury, but to their body not functioning at its peak, they
often decide to pursue a holistic approach to pain-relief. Our
holistic approach leads to pain reduction improved body function,
increased ability to adapt to the stress, reduced incidence of
disease, and improved health and vitality.

Pain Program
Our pain program generally includes:
CHIROPRACTIC
We isolate and correct structural faults that damage joints, nerves, and muscles, by
chiropractic adjustments, stretches, and muscle work techniques. We also advise you
on obtaining and maintaining proper posture by recommending appropriate postural
maneuvers and spinal strengthening exercises.
NUTRITION
We advise you on proper diet and suggest supplements that aid in reducing inflammation
and chemical imbalances.
AURICULATHERAPY
If necessary, we inhibit pain by stimulating acupoints in the ear. This has been shown to
ease feelings of pain, discomfort, and stress.
FITNESS
We advise you on a regiment of stretches and exercises that promote flexibility, strength,
endurance, and coordination.
REHABILITATION
We advise you on ways to reduce pain caused by repetitive stress or acute injury by
showing you how to restore your body to it's pre-injury state.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
We teach you an excellent do-it-youself technique that can be done at home which well
reduce stress and pain, and improve relaxation.
