Move Well

Sufficient and pure(non-toxic) movement is one of the four
important conditions for wellness.

Our Move Well program is a part of a larger wellness
program which includes the other three conditions for
wellness:
Eat Well, Think Well, and Plan Well.

The Move Well program slowly introduces you to the basics
of proper movement and increases in difficulty as your
movement skills normalize and improve.  Your plan is
designed to you normalize your movement, posture, and
fitness.

Our genes, which have not changed in the last 50,000 years,
evolved to require sufficient movement.  If we do not provide
our bodies with sufficient movement we will not be healthy.

But sufficient or quantity of movement is only half of the
movement equation.  We must avoid toxic movement
patterns.  These dangerous movements cause acute or
chronic injury and illness that is not confined to
muscle-skeletal pain.  Some toxic movement includes, poor
sitting, lifting and sleeping positions.  Other toxic movements
include poor posture and incorrect exercise form.
