CHIROPRACTIC
We reduce pain and improve wellness by isolating and correcting structural faults that
cause poor posture and damage joints, nerves, and muscles. We use the Advanced
Biostructural Correction technique, which consistently corrects spinal posture and
significantly reducing mechanical stress on joints, muscles, ligaments, and nerves. We use
myofascial release and the Graston Technique an instrument assisted protocol to stretch
ligaments, breakdown scar tissue and adhesions, and decrease hyperactive, tight muscles.
Additionally, we advise you on how to obtain and maintain proper posture by
recommending appropriate postural maneuvers, spinal strengthening exercises, and
proper office ergonomics. To insure maximum benefit we often use kinesio-tape to add to
the effectiveness of the adjustment.
NUTRITION
We advise you on proper diet and suggest supplements that aid in reducing inflammation
and chemical imbalances.
AURICULATHERAPY
If necessary, we inhibit pain by stimulating acupoints in the ear. This has been shown to
ease feelings of pain, discomfort, and stress.
FITNESS
We advise you on a regiment of stretches and exercises that promote flexibility, strength,
endurance, and coordination.
REHABILITATION
We advise you on ways to reduce pain caused by repetitive stress or acute injury by
showing you how to restore your body to it's pre-injury state.
